I am an actor and Explorrior (a word I created combining explore + warrior) and have dual American/Canadian citizenship.
I’m committed to the arts, the environment, social justice, writing, healthy lifestyles, and building strong connections.
Stories that explore the power of courage and vulnerability excite me the most.
My deep love of learning and sense of adventure brought me to Accademia dell’Arte (Italy) to study Commedia dell’Arte, to The Moscow Art Theatre School to study Russian acting methods, and to London to study the Demidov technique (and see 135 productions!). I also love studying clown, stage combat, yoga, AcroYoga, and various physical theatre techniques whenever possible.
